Strategy
Cell Impact is building up its business in two phases. Phase I involved quickly securing enough capacity to initially meet the needs of customers and capture business opportunities. It also involved building a larger factory and acquiring new production equipment. In Phase II, the focus is on greatly reducing production costs through a higher degree of automation and smarter processes in addition to being able to handle growing volumes.

2023 - | Internationalization
As technology for the hydrogen society is connected to security and industrial policy, localization may become increasingly important. Cell Impact stands ready with factory-in-factory concepts that can be a model for supporting customers locally. Cell Impact Forming™, which is comparatively very easy to build and install, is an important building block here.
